KOHLRABI Approximately 8,000 seeds per OZ.
CULTURE: Kohlrabi prefers cool temperatures. Does best in a rich, well drained loam soil. Sow seeds 1/2" deep, 1" apart as
soon as soil can be worked in spring. Sow again in mid-summer for a fall crop. Thin plants to a 5" spacing. Harvest when the
bottom of bulb reaches 2-3" diameter. Use the same as turnips. PKT size. Winners F1 1/128 oz Rest 1/4 oz. You will
need 1/4 oz per 100' 4 lbs per acre.
EARLY PURPLE VIENNA EARLY WHITE VIENNA WINNERS F1
60 days. Later and larger than 56 days. Light green, very 50 days. This hybrid develops
White Vienna. Similar in smooth skinned bulb is quickly and is ready early. Yet it can
tenderness and quality. Purple ready when apple size. Flesh be allowed to grow up to 4" across
bulb with white flesh. More is creamy white, tender without becoming fibrous.
