CULTURE: Start seeds indoors 7-8 weeks before transplanting outdoors. In 4″ or 4.5″ pots,
with a good soil substitute, like Berger BM-2, cover seeds lightly and germinate at 70º to 80ºF for 7 to 21 days. After
emerge, grow at 60º to 65ºF until outside temperature stays above 50ºF. Space plants 12″ apart. HARVEST: After plants
are well established, pick leaves. Use fresh or dry for later use. Leaves are incredibly sweet, up to 300 times sweeter than
sugar.
