MARIGOLDS Annual Approximately 9,000 seeds per oz. Start seeds indoors, 8-11 weeks before transplanting outdoors. Place seeds 1/4″ deep, cover lightly. Germinate at 70Ā°-75Ā°F for 3-8 days. After emerge, grow at 50Ā°-60Ā°F. Transplant outdoors in late spring or early summer. Space plants 12″ apart. If planted in the garden, it will make a nice showy plant plus may help control some insects.
