French Fingerling

German Butter Ball
A favorite that’s been grown in the US for a long time. yellow skin and nice yellow flesh. Sets up to a dozen excellent quality med size round tubers. Great fried or on the grill. Excellent mild buttery flavor. Late Season Maturing Variety (85-115 Days)
Purple Violet
Double certified – Double certified means: Certified Organic by ccof and Certified Blue Tag by Idaho crop improvement.
Everyone has been asking for a purple fingerling, so here it is. It is a long season variety that needs at least 110 to 120 days in order to produce an adequate crop. It develops a huge vine and sets a minimal number of tubers. You have to be very patient with this one. It has a great purple skin color with a light purple flesh with darker flecks Inside the light purple. It keeps quite well, and of course, Ads color to any other fingerlings that you might grow. 110-120 days
Our potatoes are all Certified Blue Tag (#1) seed potatoes unless otherwise indicated. Certified Yellow Tag may have some hollow hearts which should not affect growability or quality. Potatoes are usually available in early March. For best choice, order in January and tell us when you want them. Potatoes are usually available around March 1. We will begin taking orders around mid December and stop when we run out. In the comments section on the check out sheet, indicate when you would like delivery. If they don’t appear in your cart when you order them, they are gone.
